The biggest mistake which is generally done by maximum number of people who try to convey their views in a monotonous way. When you have to convey your views to other and present yourself in front of anyone make sure you involve the other person in your communication too. Even if you have to communicate your views and present your views in front of a larger audience then also you have to involve at least some of them.
