Involve others in your conversion. Part 1

The biggest mistake which is generally done by maximum number of people who try to convey their views in a monotonous way. When you have to convey your views to other and present yourself in front of anyone make sure you involve the other person in your communication too. Even if you have to communicate your views and present your views in front of a larger audience then also you have to involve at least some of them. If you won't involve the other person then definitely the other person won't take interest in you.



What are the advantages of involving the other person in your communication process?

Advantages:
1. If other person is involved in your communication then there are high chances that they would agree to the topic you are presenting. The person who is involved would feel that the topic is of that person as well. If you are communicating to a bigger audience then definitely the person whom you mentioned and involved will feel special and will get attached to your views. So make sure you are involving the other person.


2. The other person will open up with you and he will start communicating his views to you also. This will help you to know the reaction of all about your presentation topics. This will definitely help you to interact and find a better resolution of their issue and answer there queries.

3. The other person would start getting interest in your communication topic. Getting attention of other person and conveying you thoughts properly are the key goal so definitely you should make other involve in your communication. The other person would even start getting convinced by your views.
